Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the booking conditions. Security Deposit To ensure a smooth stay, a €800 security deposit will be requested 10 days prior to your arrival through our secure partner Swikly. Please note that this is not a payment. It is a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning no money is charged to your account, unless damage is found or the rental terms have not been respected. The pre-authorisation is processed through a fully secure platform and is automatically released within 48 hours after your departure, following inspection of the property. Arrival information (guest guide, access instructions and check-in details) will be sent only after the security deposit has been successfully validated. Property Care Guests agree to respect the property, its equipment and the neighbourhood throughout their stay. Any damage, loss or misuse may result in a partial or full charge against the security deposit, in accordance with the rental terms. Cancellation conditions are those displayed at the time of booking.
